Order processing
Orders are processed on business days. We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or carrier disruption.
UK delivery
- Express: £3.69
- Free Delivery: free on orders over £20
- Next Day Delivery: £5.00–£5.50, where available
Next Day Delivery must be selected at checkout. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate estimate for your order.
International delivery
International orders use Standard International delivery rather than the UK Express, Free Delivery, or Next Day options.
- European Union: £14.99
- Other international destinations: £23.99
International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send tracking information by email when tracking is available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed, and we can’t redirect an order after it has been dispatched.
